Born in Istanbul, Ömer Faruk AKYAVAŞ graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2013. Following his legal internship, he worked as a lawyer in boutique law firms, and for nearly three years at FU Real Estate Investment and Consulting Inc. At the beginning of 2019, he established Akyavaş Law Office and began practicing as a freelance lawyer. Furthermore, since the beginning of 2020, he has been registered with the Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice under registration number 12154, practicing mediation in commercial disputes, labor-employer disputes, and consumer disputes. He is a founding member of the Istanbul Bar Association No. 2.

Without distinguishing between individual and corporate clients, he strives to fulfill his legal duties in the best possible way. His principles are truthfulness, honesty, transparency, and accountability. Adopting the motto " Every penny must be accounted for to clients, " Akyavaş, defying the cliché that " lawyers are liars ," has continued to serve his clients with honesty to this day and will continue to do so forever.

He understands the importance of the win-win principle in business and works tirelessly to resolve disputes through negotiation.

AKYAVAŞ is married and has one child.
